I want to share with you how I make my coconut chocolate chip cookies they’re incredibly easy to make. I kind of came up with this recipe at last minute a few weeks ago, I just trying to find a way to use the bag of coconut flakes sitting in the cupboard. So I made them a few times since everybody enjoyed them. So I want to share the recipe with guys because you keep sharing my recipes.

What needs to make chococonut chip cookies

  • butter
  • white sugar
  • light brown sugar
  • eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • all-purpose flour
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • semisweet chocolate chips
  • flaked coconut

How to make chococonut chip cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Whisk the eggs one by one, then stir into the vanilla. Blend together flour, baking soda, and salt; then add them to the creamy mixture. Whisk in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes in. Before placing the cookies on a rack, allow them to cool down completely for 5 minutes on a baking tray.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½  cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flaked coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
