I love peanut butter cookies, for me, they are the best treat ever. These cookies are a real delight, and easy to make. Make them for a party or as Sunday treat. Today I’m sharing with you this amazing recipe, and it will take your breath away when you’re going to taste it.

What do we need to make peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.

  • brown sugar
  • soft butter
  • peanut butter
  • egg
  • liquid vanilla
  • flour
  • yeast
  • coarsely crushed chocolate

How to make peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 360°F.
  2. Mix the sugar, soft butter, and peanut butter until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous paste.
  3. Add the egg and liquid vanilla, mix again.
  4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the dough.
  5. Add the chocolate chips. Mix well.
  6. Shape balls between your hands (with one hand for me the other still having a splint until 12/11!).
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, making sure to space them well.
  8. Lightly crush the balls with the back of a fork.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until they take on a beautiful golden color.
  10. Let cool on a rack.

The cookies will remain soft until completely cooled. Tasting the cookies is perfect, they not dry, soft like everything!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp of soft butter
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 taspoon of liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/8 of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 5.29 oz coarsely crushed chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 320 F.
  • Mix the sugar, soft butter and peanut butter until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous paste.
  • Add the egg and liquid vanilla, mix again.Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the dough.Add the chocolate chips. Mix well.
