Hi friends, and welcome to FeeRecipes, where I Barbara teaches you how to prepare delicious homemade meals to share with your family and friends. Today I’ll show you how to make soft cranberry and chocolate chip cookies, and it’s going to be so delicious.

I love cranberry cookies, a real delight, easy to make, and mixing them with chocolate chips will melt your mouth.

What you’ll need

  • flour
  • cane sugar (a little less for me)
  • softened butter (or margarine)
  • chocolate chips
  • dried cranberries
  • egg
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • soluble chicory (I put chocolate powder)
  • vanilla extract

Let’s jump to directions!

How to make cranberry and chocolate chip cookies

  1. With a spatula, stir the butter with the sugar.
  2. Add the egg, chocolate, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix everything well. Gradually add the flour. I finished by hand because it is more practical.
  3. Cut the cranberries into very small pieces (4 or 5). Add the chocolate chips and cranberry pieces to the dough. Mix well by hand to incorporate everything.
  4. Take a little dough in your hands and form small balls about the size of a walnut that you will place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Space them well because they will spread out during cooking (I flattened them before cooking because it did not spread out well).
  5. Bake at 284 °F (302 ° F for me) for 15 minutes (or longer if you made large cookies). Cookies are cooked when they are still slightly soft on the top and a little hard on the sides. They were soft because that’s how I love them.
  6. Let cool on a rack and get ready for pure delight.
